The National Alliance on Mental Illness has reported that “LGBTQ individuals are almost three times more likely than others to experience a mental health condition such as major depression or generalized anxiety disorder.” In this episode, KA and Dana discuss the topic of depression in our community with an emphasis on strategies to beat it.
